Hershey jumped out to an early 3-0 lead after two and then both team's pitching and defense locked in and no more runs were scored until the top of the 6th.  Ethan Leslie drew a walk to start things off for the visiting Raiders and then pinch runner Mason Bennett stole second.  Brad Rutherford reached first on an error.  Both runners advanced on a passed ball while Jake Kennedy worked a full count.  Kennedy then ripped a single to left and both runners scored, closing the gap to 3-2.  After Joe Storz completed his 4th inning of shutout ball on the mound, Twin Valley entered the last inning needing at least one run to extend the game.  Dave Sabulsky led off with a double to right and advanced to third on Dom Kennedy's ground out to second.  Leslie re-entered the game and hit a sacrifice fly to center to knot the game at 3 apiece.  With two outs and nobody on, Rutherford started things off with a single and advanced when Jeremy Deihm drew a full count walk.  Jake Kennedy came up big again with a single to right, putting twin valley in the lead.  Drew Donnellan replaced Storz and needed three outs to secure the victory.  Unfortunately, the Trojans' Steven Solt took a 1-1 fastball to deep right-center field to tie things up at four.  Donnellan settled in and struck out 2 of the next 4 batters to send the game into extras.  And it was all Raiders in the 8th.  Sabulsky started things off with a one-out double, moved to third on a ground out, and scored the go-ahead run with a great read on a passed ball.  Another walk to Leslie and hits by Brad Rutherford and Jeremy Deihm loaded the bases.  Donnellan then found a hole in the right side of a drawn-in infield for a two run single.  Deihm scored on a passed ball to tack on another insurance run and the Raiders took a four-run lead into the bottom of the 8th.  Hershey brought the top of their order to the plate for one last-ditch effort.  Donnellan made quick work of the home team, sandwiching three groundouts around a harmless bloop single.
